Itinerary
While this retreat won’t be filled with back-to-back workshops or follow a traditional "conference style" format—because let's face it, none of you would be able to concentrate on slides with that turquoise water calling your name through the window—we’ve designed the itinerary to provide plenty of opportunities to create your next homerun offer or fine-tune the strategy for your upcoming launch.
Part 1: Manila - Team Building and Vision Alignment
For the first two nights, we’ll base ourselves in Manila. This time is dedicated to connecting with your Virtual Assistant (if applicable) and ensuring they fully understand the broader vision for your business. You'll have time to explore the city, workshop your next launch, or simply catch up on rest and book in a massage.
Part 2: Coron - Next Level Glamping
After our time in Manila, we’ll embark on an island-hopping adventure through the stunning islands of Coron and El Nido in Palawan. We'll spend 3 nights on our very own exclusive Paolyn houseboat, with a private boat to take us to all the best snorkeling and dive hotspots.
Part 3: Island Hopping - El Nido, Palawan
From Coron, it's on to El Nido, where we'll base ourselves at the 5-Star Seda Lio Resort. Here we have 3 days to explore the secret lagoons, mastermind by the pool, and workshop your next launch. From there, it's 1 final night in Manila for a traditional dinner and Asia's best shopping before saying our farewells.Â

A day-by-day rundown on what to expect on the SaaSy Lifestyle Retreat.
Days 1 & 2
Arrive in Manila and transfer to the 5-Star Hotel Okura. Located not far from the international airport, this hotel blends Filipino culture with Japanese opulence and will be your haven from the busy city while you get to know your fellow retreat attendees and Team SaaSy.
We have 2 nights at Hotel Okura in a Hinoki-yu Room, complete with hinoki wooden bathtub, and we’ll spend our free day exploring the Manila Old Town by bamboo bicycle, relaxing by the pool (cocktail in hand), and workshopping with any extended offshore team members you might have based in the Philippines.

Day 3
Today, it’s off to the airport for our first domestic flight to the island of Coron. From Coron Airport we’ll be collected by our private van and whisked off by private speedboat to our gorgeous floating home aboard the eco-friendly Paolyn Houseboat.
Paolyn’s houseboats are located within the calm and pristine waters of Laknisan Lagoon, offering superb snorkeling, optional diving, and incredible dining at the private Italian-Filipino Houseboat Restaurant (that we transfer to and from by our private boat!).
The houseboats are Italian-owned, with the first one built in 2017. They employ over 200 people mostly from the Tagbanua Tribe and are completely sustainable, generating their own electricity and fresh water, with no waste pumped into the sea. Only 100% biodegradable products to be brought aboard.
We have booked the newest houseboat of the fleet - 8 air-conditioned suites over 650sqm. Your King Suite opens up onto its own private deck and from there you can jump off into the pristine water whenever you feel the urge….which will be often! You'll also be happy to know that while we might be "glamping" all rooms have their own private ensuite (and proper flushing toilets!).

Days 4 & 5
Following a leisurely breakfast, we’ll be joined onboard by our photographer for the day. We’ll capture some onboard shots of us “workshopping” (although we’ll probably be talking about what we’d like to eat for lunch), before heading out for our first island-hopping adventure. Our photographer will capture all the highlights, with plenty of content to keep your socials filled for months to come.
The underwater coral garden in Coron is some of the best you’ll experience in the Philippines, with maybe even a turtle of three, and if you want to take it one step further, you’ll also have the opportunity to dive the sunken Japanese shipwrecks from WWII.
Anything we don’t see on Day 4, we’ll be sure to visit on Day 5. With our private guides the focus is on relaxation, traveling at our own unhurried pace, and timing our island visits for when we can avoid the most tourists. In between our island hopping we have plenty of time for journaling, deck yoga, and masterminding. If you need to do a spot of work, you’ll find wonderful internet speeds with the Starlink connections.

Day 6
Today we’re transferring to the famous El Nido, Palawan. A short flight (under an hour) will have us touching down by Lio Beach to red carpet treatment (quite literally) where our private transfer to Seda Lio Resort awaits. Here we have 3 nights of 5 Star Luxury on our own private beach, with stunning pool and all the luxury you deserve.

Days 7 & 8
Acai Bowls and morning yoga are waiting for you each morning at Seda Lio - completely optional, but highly recommended! After a healthy kickstart to your day, Day 7 brings with it an opportunity for a touch of work (*gasp*). By Day 7 your mind will be filling with new ideas you’d like to implement in your business when you get home, so why wait when you can delegate!?
Retreat attendees receive a bonus 60 days of Done-For-You support on their Kajabi site - a month before our retreat and the month after - so on Day 7 we’ll conduct 1:1 requirements gathering sessions with our team (Meg, Janet & Ria), to understand your vision so that we can go and bring it to life! Whatever you’ve dreamed up for the following quarter by way of launch or offer, let’s make it happen!
On Day 8, it’s island-hopping of a different kind. We have a leisurely start to the day and will be collected by our private boat after lunch for an afternoon of lagoons, hidden caves, secret beaches (that you might recognize from Survivor!), and amazing sunsets. We’re joined on Day 8 by another professional photographer who will capture resort shots (think poolside journalling & meeting rooms) right through to our cave explorations and sunset beach dinners.

Day 9
From El Nido, it’s back to Manila for a final night of festivities. We’ll overnight by Manila Bay at The Conrad, drink our final night cocktails, and experience a traditional Filipino dinner. I won’t give too much away here but we have something fun in store!
And conveniently, The Conrad is connected to Asia’s biggest shopping mall, The Mall of Asia, which will blow your mind! Be sure to book your flight home for late in the day on Day 10 to give yourself plenty of time for Christmas shopping…pack light so that you have plenty of space left in the suitcase!!

Day 10
It’s departure day, but not before some shop 'til you drop moments! Once your suitcase has been filled, we’ll say our farewells, organize your airport transfers, and hug you goodbye…until next year! And who knows where “next year” might be…South African game lodge anyone? Maldives? Thailand?

Once received, your application will be reviewed within 48 hours. If it’s a good fit, we’ll schedule a call where you can ask any and all questions you may have. This conversation is all about making sure this retreat is the perfect fit for you. If everything aligns, you’ll be invited to either pay the balance of your retreat spot or set up a convenient monthly payment plan.
If, for any reason, it’s decided during the call that the retreat isn’t quite right for you, your deposit will be refunded in full—no questions asked.
